Arbitrator

The Aribtrator is the Amarrian version of an EWAR vessel, bearing a bonus to tracking disruptors. Unlike most Amarr ships, though, the greatest asset of the Arbitrator is its versatility. It has 12 slots (4 hi, 4 mid and 4 low) so both shield and armor tanking are possibilities. Typically, most of the damage done by an Arbitrator comes from the drones it can launch in large quantities, enhanced by the Arbitrator's drone damage bonuses. Bearing a 150m3 drone bay, the Arbitrator rivals most non-Gallente battleships for drone storage. Common Arbitrator setups include Nosferatu and/or Neutralizers in the high slots, to render an opponent helpless with no capacitor while drones inflict damage.

Description & Bonuses

The Arbitrator is unusual for Amarr ships in that it's primarily a drone carrier. While it is not the best carrier around, it has superior armor that gives it greater durability than most ships in its class.

Special Ability: 5% bonus to Tracking Disruptor effectiveness per skill level and 10% bonus to drone hitpoints, damage and mining yield per skill level.
