CPU
From EVEWiki
The CPU available on a Ship is a measurement of the computer processing resources the ship has available for use by fitted Modules. Along with Powergrid and Slots, a ship's CPU is one of the three primary limitations on modules that are able to be installed.
CPU output is a static number that is consumed by fitting modules to a ship. Modules that are fitted to a ship that does not have sufficient CPU will be Offline until enough CPU is made available, and the user attempts to Online them again.
A ship's total CPU output is increased 5% per level of Electronics skill, and there are a pair of skills that reduce the CPU consumed by certain types of modules. A wide variety of Rigs also decrease the CPU output consumed by modules. There are also Implants and a Module that increases the total CPU output of the ship.

Skills
- The Electronics skill increases the CPU of whatever ship you are currently in by 5% per level.
- The Weapon Upgrades skill decreases the CPU cost of all Turrets, Missile Launchers, and Smartbombs by 5% per level.
- The Electronics Upgrades skill decreases the CPU cost of Signal Amplifiers and Backup Sensor Arrays by 5% per level.
- The Energy Grid Upgrades skill decreases the CPU cost of Capacitor Rechargers, Capacitor Flux Coils, Capacitor Power Relays, Reactor Control Units, Power Diagnostic System, and Capacitor Battery by 5% per level.
- The Mining Upgrades skill reduces the CPU penalty to Mining Lasers when a Mining Laser Upgrade module is installed in conjunction. The penalty is reduced by 5% per level.
Modules
- Coprocessors increase the CPU of your ship by a percent when installed.
Implants
- The Slot 6 Hardwiring Zainou 'Gypsy' KMB series of Implants will increase the CPU output of the ship you are currently in by 1, 3, or 5% depending on which you have plugged in.
Rigs
- Algid Energy Administrations Units decrease the CPU cost of all types of Energy Weapons by a percent, while increasing the Powergrid cost of them.
- Algid Hybrid Administrations Units decrease the CPU cost of all types of Hybrid Weapons by a percent, while increasing the Powergrid cost of them.
- Liquid Cooled Electronics Rigs decrease the CPU cost of Signal Amplifiers and Backup Sensor Arrays by a percent.
- Powergrid Subroutine Maximizers decrease the CPU cost of Capacitor Rechargers, Capacitor Flux Coils, Capacitor Power Relays, Reactor Control Units, Power Diagnostic System, and Capacitor Battery by a percent.
