The colleague that I mentioned, Final Agent, requires your graduation certificate before she'll offer you work. I suppose you've left it behind at your hangar somewhere? If not I can easily have a copy of it made on Pickup System. Just pick it up there and bring it to me. Once I've signed it then you're all set to speak with Final Agent.

This is an important mission, which will have significant impact on your faction standings.



Note: If for some reason you missed the name of the agent you were supposed to take the signed graduation certificate to you can just do a show info on the signed certificate. Not sure if this belongs here but I couldn't find a better spot to put it. Please move it to a better spot if there is one.

Notes

The agents that give out graduation certificates are located at data centers in systems not far from where the schools are. However, these systems are not always 'adjacent' to the school systems as stated by the agent, so it takes a bit of looking around.
