Electronic Warfare includes the following categories:

Electronic Counter Measures - ECM. Break the target lock. Contains Signal Distortion Amplifiers.
ECM Bursts - AoE ECM. Many drawbacks.
ECCM - Reduce chance of ECM working. 5 different types.
Sensor Backup Arrays - Reduce chance of ECM working.
Projected ECCM - Reduce chance of ECM working on gang-mate.
Remote Sensor Dampers - Reduce targeting range and/or speed.
Stasis Webifiers - Reduce enemy velocity.
Target Painters - Increase enemy Signature Radius (more hits).
Tracking Disruptors - Reduce enemy tracking and/or range.
Warp Jammers - Halt enemy Warps. Two types, differing effects.
Warp Disruption Field Generators - Heavy Duty Warp Jamming.
